Holly McRae is a distinguished Canadian Pro Strongwoman who has dedicated nine years to her fitness journey. She currently holds the National Log and Circus Dumbbell records and is a two-time National Lightweight Champion. Additionally, she has set the U62kg 18-inch Deadlift World Record and was crowned the Arnold World Lightweight Champion in 2022, ranking as the third strongest Lightweight in the world that same year. Throughout her Strongman career, Holly sought to deepen her understanding of fitness, earning credentials as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Tactical Trainer. In addition to her athletic pursuits, Holly is a mother of two and has successfully run her own cleaning business for 15 years. Holly's approach to fitness and nutrition emphasizes imparting knowledge to her clients that they can integrate into their everyday lives. She is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-love, strength, and holistic well-being. Holly believes in creating a life that feels fulfilling and enjoyable, rather than one that necessitates an escape. For her, fitness is an expression of self-love rather than a form of punishment.
